Exchange Terms:
- No exchanges outside the contiguous US.
- If an exchange is not available, Click Here to use our Electronics Repair Service.
- You will be charged $530.00 if a serviceable core is not returned.
Limited Warranty (one year):
- Failure within 30 Days of Invoice date. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
- Failure after 30 Days of Invoice date. Repair Authorization (RA) with Call Tag will be issued.
- Warranty is limited to either one exchange or one repair attempt. If the problem persists, the original cost of the will be refunded with no further action required by NGS.
