• For base units built BEFORE 6/17/2009 order both lift motor 44257-107 & cable 49058-008 (if cable has not been installed yet).
• For base units built AFTER 6/17/2009, order lift motor 44257-107 (cable is not needed).

• This is a fully refurbished part with a 6 month limited warranty.

Inside the continental U.S Limited Warranty (6 months):

• Failure within 30 days of Invoice date. Replacement sent out with UPS RS label for defective.
• Failure after 30 days of Invoice date. Repair Authorization (RA) with UPS RS label will be issued.

Outside the continental U.S. Limited Warranty (6 months)

• Failure within 6 Months of Invoice date. Repair Authorization (RA) issued for warranty repair. All shipping costs to and from NGS at customer's expense.
