Specifications:

• This Version 2 brush assy fits a Mando alternator with a commutator diameter of 17/32". The brush holder height for this brush is 13/32".

To test resistance on Mando Alternators

• Run a jumper wire from the Exc. post to the B+ post on the alternator
• Customer must pedal unit for about a minute to build up resistance.
• If unit give full resistance the alternator is good.
• If no resistance customer might have bad brushes in alternator or may need to replace alternator.
• Also known as carbon assy.
