Exchange Terms: 

• This is a fully reconditioned part with a one year limited warranty.
• Exchange option not available outside the continental U.S.
• The exchange item being purchased must match the core that it is replacing.
• A core charge of $500.00 will be charged if a serviceable core is not returned 30 days after invoice date.

Limited Warranty (one year):

• Failure within 30 Days of Invoice date. Replacement will be shipped out.
• Failure after 90 Days of Invoice date. Repair Authorization (RA) with Call Tag will be issued.
• Warranty is limited to either one exchange or one repair attempt. If the problem persists, the original cost of the will be refunded with no further action required by NGS.
