Keiser Spinner "Plunger" Adjustment Knob

This is a replacement adjustment knob for locking the seat or handlebars in place after raising/lowering them. It works on Keiser spinner exercise equipment, models M3-005501, M3i-S5506, and M5 Strider. This item is responsible for keeping your seat and handlebars secured at preferred height.
